How long does each visit last? 

Each visit lasts around 30 minutes and includes feeding, litter care, playtime, and other agreed-upon tasks such as plant watering, mail collection, or medication and putting out your bins.

How much does it cost? 

£18 per 30-minute visit (up to 2 cats) 

£3 per additional cat, per visit 

£5 per visit for administering medication 

£10 for key collection (returning clients) 

£10 for a supply run, plus cost of items 

£20 per 30 minutes for vet transport 

Are there extra charges during holidays? 

Yes – visits on the following festive dates are charged at double the standard rate: 

December 24 (Christmas Eve) 

December 25 (Christmas Day) – no PM visits available 

December 26 (Boxing Day) 

December 31 (New Year’s Eve) 

January 1 (New Year’s Day)

We recommend booking early, as availability is limited during holiday periods. Minimum booking durations may apply.

If your location isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch—we may still be able to help. A mileage fee may apply outside our core zone. 

How do I book a service? 

Contact us to check availability 

We’ll arrange a free introductory visit to meet your cat(s) 

You’ll complete and return a short Client Information Form 

Make full payment at least 14 calendar days before your booking begins 

Your booking is only confirmed once the form is returned and payment is received. 

What’s your cancellation policy?

More than 7 days’ notice: No charge 

Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the booking fee will be charged 

No refunds for early return or last-minute changes after payment is made 

All cancellations must be sent in writing (email or text) and are only valid once acknowledged by us 

In exceptional circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion 

If Purrfect Toebeans ever needs to cancel (very rare), a full refund will be given.

What happens in an emergency with my cat? 

If your cat becomes unwell while you’re away: 

We will attempt to contact you within 30 minutes 

If you are unreachable, we will contact your emergency contact 

If no one can be reached, we will act in your pet’s best interest based on vet advice 

We may use the nearest available vet if your usual practice is closed 

You are responsible for all veterinary and transport costs 

All caregivers are trained in pet first aid and experienced in dealing with urgent situations calmly and compassionately. 

Will my cat always have the same sitter? 

Whenever possible, yes. We aim to assign the same sitter to ensure consistency and familiarity, particularly with nervous, senior, or special-needs cats. 

Can you look after other pets too? 

Absolutely. We’re happy to care for small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, or fish during your booking. Just let us know what’s needed when booking. 

How do you handle keys? 

We offer a complimentary key management system for your convenience. 
You can choose to: 

Leave your keys with us for future bookings (you’ll get priority booking!) 

Request key return within 3 working days 

Drop off your keys at our location by arrangement 

Pay a £10 fee if we need to collect your keys again for future visits 

Keys are tagged only with your first name and cat’s name(s)never your address and stored securely

Will I receive updates or photos? 

Yes! We love sharing photo or video updates of your cat(s) during visits so you can relax knowing they’re doing well. 

We may also share some of these images on social media, but we’ll never post anything that includes your address, personal info, or anything identifying your location. 

Prefer to keep your photos private?

 No problem—just let us know, and we’ll respect your preference 100%.
